The idea was born with the vision for a B2B cross-border payment platform leveraging stablecoins and smart escrow to streamline global transactions.
January '25
The founding team assembled with Jordan Lawrence (Founder Volt), Max Marenbach (Kraken), Panos Dandolas (Agoda). We obtained a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license, enabling regulated crypto-based financial services.
April '25
Pre-seed funding round closed, raised capital to build and scale the core product infrastructure. We soon after executed our first B2B stablecoin transaction from Ghana to Poland.
July '25
Welcomed strategic advisors Motie, Jacqui, and James to guide growth and compliance. We also entered the market with a robust, scalable solution for global B2B payments.
