Thomas Pinter is Co-Founder and CCO of Damisa, where he leads go-to-market strategy across Africa, Asia, LATAM, and Europe.
Thomas has over 15 years of experience in global payments and has generated over $3 billion in sales over the past decade. Before co-founding Damisa, he held commercial roles at Volt and Google, building the kind of market and operator knowledge that sits at the heart of what Damisa does. He has spent his career turning complex regulatory landscapes into scalable commercial opportunities across cross-border payments, real-time settlement, treasury infrastructure, and regulated stablecoin rails.
