Bio
Jordan Lawrence is a three-time fintech founder and co-founder and CEO of Damisa.
Before Damisa, Jordan co-founded Volt.io, the global real-time payments network backed by IVP and EQT and valued at over $350 million, where he served as Chief Growth Officer. Prior to that, he founded PCN Capital, a fintech recruitment, consulting and media group, which he exited in 2023.
At Damisa, Jordan leads the company's vision and execution as it builds regulated B2B cross-border payment, settlement, and treasury infrastructure for businesses moving capital across borders. He has spent his career working alongside platforms, PSPs, and financial institutions to reduce cross-border friction, automate settlement flows, and enable faster, more transparent trade across emerging market corridors connecting to Europe and the US. His conviction is that the infrastructure layer for global commerce needs to be both regulation-first and built on modern payment rails, and that is exactly what Damisa is.
Beyond Damisa, Jordan serves on the Merchant Risk Council's European Advisory Board and advises multiple fintech companies at board level. He is a regular commentator on stablecoin infrastructure, last-mile FX, and the future of cross-border payments, with a following of over 40,000 on LinkedIn.
